Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've heard amazing references from people who traveled with Couchsurfing. Would like to meet local people, communicate with them, see the country from inside and leave a positive imression about people of my country.
Also would like to host travelers in Saint Petersburg and make their stay warm andshow them more then thay could see from the "front facade".

On my first alone travel to China met a woman on the plane and agreed to her offer to host me the first day and night there, which was amazing for me then to trust so much a complete stranger.
