About Me
There's so much to see, to learn, to share, to live...
Hola! Something about me... I can say that I studied and worked way too hard for many years, until I realized that I was ready for a REAL change. Now, I can relate to this idea: "do what makes you happy, be with who makes you smile, laugh as much as you breath, love as long as you live". I love learning about cultures and languages -that's why I originally chose a career in the Social Sciences- but this time I want to do it by hosting people who want to know my country. I also want to see the world from different perspectives, and more importantly, meet, interact and exchange with travelers.
However... I will NOT host/ stay with people with incomplete profiles or no references/CS friends. I'm also NOT going to add you as a friend just because you want to build a CS directory. And definitely, I'm NOT interested in dating or flirting. It seems that some people misunderstand what Couchsurfing is for: fostering cultural exchange and mutual respect.
"Los viajes son los viajeros. Lo que vemos no es lo que vemos, sino lo que somos".
(***Update: Fully vaccinated for COVID).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I participate by hosting, surfing and participating in CS meeting and activities.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
As a surfer, I've been to San Francisco, CA; Amsterdam, NL; and Wroclaw, Poland. I've also shared with CS in Buenos Aires, Berlin and Florence, Italy. As a host, with CS members from Germany, Mexico, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Korea, Canada, Italy, Lithuania, and the USA in Bogota.
Hosting CS in Bogota have resulted in an experience of joy. :-) I'm really looking forward to traveling more and meeting guests, new hosts and travelers in different destinations!

Teach, Learn, Share
"Make friends with people who aren’t your age. Hang out with people whose first language isn’t the same as yours. Get to know someone who doesn’t come from your social class. This is how you see the world. This is how you grow"
