I am a student of life, currently in full overload. I like to find happiness in a mix of ways I have learnt over the years moving from country to country, the main ones being dancing, sharing life changing experiences (with a good dose of empathic listening) and creating social change in my local community (wherever that is at the moment). I consider myself quite a passionate, inspired person, hopefully able to inspire others to give their 100% in what they are doing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have recently learnt that traveling shouldn’t be a forced activity you do because you are given vacation time, but rather something we need to be open to when it follows the flow of life. That’s why I want to be part of this community, because it makes travel and discovery easier amd more enjoyable (why would you travel away from your home if not to grow, to find different perspectives and enjoy life in a new way?).

Right now I am exploring new ways of moving through life and I am looking for inspiration and shared practice. I am especially curious about different kinds of improv, vipassana meditation and nonviolent communication as techniques to change the disruptive social patterns we learn while growing up.

Teach, Learn, Share

I’m fond of sharing languages and how they shape our culture, dance moves (salsa, bachata, modern, blues fusion...), NVC theory and practice and ideas on systemic change.

When it comes to learn there are no limits, I’m open for anything if it’s shared with passion, especially about education, communication and dance.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to cook and to create cozy atmospheres...so lunch/dinner is a must. My idea of traveling is that it is worth it only if accompanied by locals, so I always plan according to my hosts (in order to enrich both of our lives!).
