I'm on a quest to be more and more authentically myself + sharing a more intentional and natural way of living with others.

ABOUT ME
Since I was a child, I have always felt the impulse to be a spiritual researcher – I have always been drawn towards the Invisible and always loved connecting with Nature (and I was lucky enough to grow up between a small rural town and the countryside).

A few years ago I met Yoga and this encounter changed my life for the better, as I discovered tools to feel well in my body and to manage the turbulences in my mind.
I have studied Integral Yoga and Pregnancy Yoga, have practised Hatha and Kundalini, and have been teaching since 2014.

Since I was 14, I have been exploring Earth-based Feminine spirituality.
In the last few years this pull towards the Feminine has come back stronger than ever and it has meant
deepening my relationship to Goddess,
re-connecting to my wild body (mainly through body awareness, natural movement, menstrual cycle awareness and womb work),
remembering the need to align with natural rhythms and cycles and the wisdom of times of passage,
searching for like-souled people and wild Women to share this life journey with.

So, nowadays, I am sharing all things Cyclical (seasonal living, lunar cycle, menstrual cycle), I am facilitating Women’s Circles and Rewilding activities in the woods, I am teaching Cyclical Yoga, creating Sacred Space 1:1 for Women, live and online, and I am teaching online courses.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

During my Erasmus year in Ireland I got to host a few people and it was a great experience.

I am currently in Italy and have been hosting people for the past year.

I surfed in Avignon (France), Barcelona (Spain), London (UK), Milan (Italy).

but mostly I would love to share life experiences, deep conversations, spiritual topics.

I am a curious person and a fast-learner so I'm open to learn whatever you can teach me :)
