Hike around the world. ....Meet pretty girls... or Dinosaurs. Cause that would be awesome. I'd be all like, "Hell yeah, today I met a Dinosaur. He was real big, but his arms were not. I called him Reggie, but his real name was Sandiford."

ABOUT ME

I like to spend as much time as I can outdoors. I also like traveling to cool places and meeting interesting people (but not boring people... I have standards). Umm... My favorite color is green and if you remember that when you meet me, you win. Also, I once heard that carrots are good for your eyes... just thought you should know.

I live in the mountains of North Georgia and am absolutely amazed at how pretty it is here all year round. I'm kind of a nature nut and can usually be found jumpin in waterfalls in my boxers or crawling around under boulders finding free sunglasses. I am pretty convinced that I'm really a superhero who just doesn't apply himself enough to learn to fly or confidently wear spandex in public. So, yeah. You'll like me.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm convinced that the true meaning of life lies not in knowledge nor material possessions, but strictly in the raw experience of the present and the relationships created with our fellow man.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've hiked thru blizzards and icestorms, I've stood on the highest peaks and watched thunder clouds envelope me, I've walked on frozen lakes, I've slid down crazy waterfalls, I've drummed in the wildest circles, I've heard some of the coolest music, I ate a live moth once (but it died), and I've met some of the greatest people.

I have worked as a Field Instructor for an Outdoor Therapy Program, I've hiked a good bit of trails in Ga/NC/Tenn, including sections of the AT, and I'm a nature enthusiast. So... chances are if you have questions like "There's a bear trying to eat all my food, what do i do!?!" I probably have answers like "Show that bear who's boss! that's your food! ...No, I'm just kiddin, run away."

But Seriously, if you or your friends have questions ab backpacking, long-distance trekking, gear, brands, or cool places to stay along the south end of the AT... hit me up, I'm a good resource and I love to help/encourage others to seek adventure in the outdoors.
