Hello friends! I am currently traveling in India after I quit my job to take time to think about my next steps in life. I have lived in the US, Egypt, and Jordan, and traveled elsewhere in the Middle East, Asia, and South America. I often do volunteer work exchanges through Workaway when I travel, so that I can contribute to and get to know the local community.

I love to learn languages and about different cultures and ways of life. I especially love spending time in natural areas and open water swimming. I am a pretty quiet personality and enjoy having a little alone time in addition to socializing and making new friends. I also like to help my hosts ou with whatever they may need and contribute while I stay with people, washing the dishes, helping clean, etc. I am new to couchsurfing, so I still do not have many references, but if you are nervous to host me because of that, I would be happy to have a phone or video call beforehand so that you can meet me :)
