About Me

I am a friendly and easy going person. My favorite recrational activities include hiking/backpacking, mountain biking, cycling, snowboarding, and most outdoor activities. I also enjoy cooking and crafting, and other creative activities. I am also intersted in gardening/horticulture as well as permaculture, and taking inspiration from the natural world. I am striving for a career in holistic health care as a dietician or nutritionalist, to heal people naturally with good food and a healthy lifestyle. I have lived with many roomates and in shared housing most of my life, and I understand how to go about living low impact and respectfully.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a student without many funds, taking time off to see the world but trying to live as economically as possible. I am also interested in getting the full experiance of the country that I am in, both the culture and wonderful people that live there.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Depends on what you consider amazing.
What comes to mind for me is comforting my friend all night after he injured himself really badly backpacking deep in the trinity mountains and had to get airlifted out the next day. Quite an intense 24 hours, not necessarily amazing but most intense.

Teach, Learn, Share

Still mostly in the learning part of life, but more than willing to share the bit of knowledge I have in permaculture or cooking. Or whatever else you may find interesting about me.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Whatever I can. More than happy to help with a reasonable amount of cleaning chores or other projects.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Costa Rica, Germany, Guatemala, Laos, Mexico, Thailand

Countries I’ve Lived In
