Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Going to a foreign place is always exciting, but it can be hard to find those cool spots far outside the tourist circle that only locals know about. That's where Couchsurfing comes in for me. I'm looking to get a real feel for what life in your city is like, not take guided tours and selfies. You could show me your awesome hiking spot, or even just let me tag along for some mundane errands...I'm up for whatever, just want to experience new places.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: 90s hiphop, 80s, jazz. really some of everything except country

Movies: documentaries, poorly made horror movies, thrillers, crime dramas, 80s movies. I'll give anything on netflix a try for a minute or two

Books: I love true crime, but will read quality literature from time to time. Also a lot of technical stuff relating to mechanics, science, animals, etc.
