Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As i feel like getting in contact with the locals is one of the greatest things (or the greatest thing) about travelling, joing couchsurfing seemed to be a logical step.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
I spend most of my time listening to music. My "musical roots" are based in the incredibly diverse metal scene, especially athmospheric black metal (such as solstafir, alcest, waldgeflüster, burzum, wildernessking) and traditional heavy/speed metal (e.g. judas priest, enforcer, ambush, early helloween). However, i am also interested in other music, especially punk and alternative rock/pop, such as explosions in the sky, arstidir, sigur ros, wax fang, menomena. In general, if i feel like the music comes from the heart and expresses emotions, i am down for it ;)

Books:
Due to mobile phones and digital technology, i sadly stopped reading as much as i used to.
I am huge fan of Carlos Ruiz Zafón.
Also, i like reading biographies, especially by musicians ;)

Movies:
I havent watched a lot of movies as they, to be honest, often kind of bore me, especially when i am by myself, and most movies i watch cant really keep in my memory as i feel quite indifferent about them. But maybe i just havent watched the right ones yet, so i am definitly open about watching some of your favorite ones with you :)
The last movie i kept in positive memory is Heima, which is about the icelandic band Sigur Rós.
My favorite movie is probably the lord of the rings triology.
As for TV, i like watching every single sport there is on this planet. Due to my heart beating for football, i especially watch football matches, especially of my favourite team, Werder Bremen.
