I am addicted to traveling, photography and eating new and delicious food.
I grew up on a farm in southern Mississippi so I love to be outside and I'm not afraid to get dirty.
I work for the Vicksburg Post, a evening newspaper in Vicksburg.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Even before I knew about CS I crashed on plenty of couches all over the world. I think my favorite one was with a blues musician in the Mississippi Delta. For that week he got me into every shady juke joint in the area. He let me carry his guitar so I could drink on the bands tab for free.
But tied with that experience I once stayed with a man from the Caribbean in his penthouse in Miami. He owned this huge flat with his very own button in the elevator. And he fed me well with shrimp in the morning and steak at night cause, as he put it in a thick islander accent, "that is just the way I roll man, the way I roll."
