My mission is to travel to every european country and 20 other countries in my lifetime. move to europe eventually :)

ABOUT ME

hey. i am a very funny, different, kind and sweet (my nickname, "Skittles", says it all) person. i would love to travel, and i LOVE having fun....with some partying on the side. I love to meet new people and explore. i grew up in a small town with countless lakes and i have a passion for kayaking and biking. i love to sing, and i do it...nonstop. my dream is to study international law or politics and make my nation and our world a more free, educated, healthy and prosperous place. i am trying to learn french and italian. i am addicted to politics and the discussion of it, but respectful of other people. I desperately want to travel to ANYWHERE in Europe. I have been mildly infatuated with it ever since I was in elementary school. I would flunk US geography because I was more interested in Europe :D

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy on life is to live like you were going to die today. I love Jesus with all my heart, but don't "push" my beliefs on others and love learning from others about their beliefs and philosphies.

Interests

I am a very active, energetic, thoughtful young adult who enjoys outdoor activities like Euro futbol, cycling, kayaking, hiking, tennis, skating (both in-line and ice), running, volleyball and swimming. Other interests of mine are everything related to politics, philosophy, religion and debating.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love action, romantic comedy, thriller, horror and comedy films. my music varies from infectious pop, to fist pumping rap-rock, to electronica to hi-hop to laid back alternative rock. I love just going on walks, or sitting under a tree listening to Phoenix (french band) or Finley (italian band) while reading historical fiction, thrillers, mystery or philosophy.

I joined Couchsurfing because of the fact that I wanted to have a more exciting life :)
