ABOUT ME

I'm a social and open-minded Swede. Crazy about guitars and music. Music is really what my life's about, and I try to travel to hear and see live music and take lessons. I love meeting new people and take part of their stories and experiences. I also enjoy trying new and unfamiliar things and step out of my comfort zone a bit.

PHILOSOPHY

Everybody deserves a chance. And I do believe in that old saying "don't judge a book by its cover", true words.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since I'm a restless soul, sometimes I'm out traveling and seeing new places, so sometimes I really suck at checking my couchsurf for request. So, I'm sorry about that...
I also like to learn from other people's life stories and experiences.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm all new to this but I think it's a great way to meet people and learn about other cultures than my own.

Interests

Music and culture in general. I read a lot about everything and anyone. I get a kick from learning about people who succeed against all odds, people who achieve the "impossible". Of course I spend a lot of time by the old record player and with the guitar in my hands, breaking my fingers on some new riff. I've tried a lot of different sports too, I played icehockey on and off for ten years, trained at a jiu-jitsu club for a couple of years (still do). Basically I'm just very active and willing to learn anything that catches my attention.

Music, Movies, and Books

Waking Life, American Beauty, Terminator...anything from classic stuff to crappy stuff when it comes to movies.
I love rock n roll in general but also country, jazz and heavy stuff.
I enjoy Ray Bradbury, Paul Auster, some russian sci-fi and of course any musical biographies. I really love books on sailing and climbing, don't know why.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've witnessed some amazing summer nights in my hometown. To bath in sunlight in the middle of the night still blows my mind.

Teach, Learn, Share

My life circle around music and just learning as much as possible about it. I know I'll never be "done", but that doesn't really matter as long as I just play.
