Hi there!
My name is Elina, I grew up in Moscow. When I was 18, I moved to Germany to study. This decision changed my life completely! From then on, I started to travel and meet new people from different corners of the earth.

I like spontaneous decisions: the ones you take with your heart even if they don't seem logical. I'm not that good in a long time planning. To wake up in the morning and decide to go on a journey spontaneously makes me feel happy. I would say I'm easy-going, open-minded, and ... sometimes funny :)
I studied interdisciplinary design "heterotopia" at the university of arts in Essen (I would need a bottle of wine and some time to explain what the hell it means:). For now, I can only say that I used this opportunity to participate in art projects with dancers, singers, and musicians.
After my studies, I worked in few film companies in Berlin as a production assistant and extras casting assistant (for example, for "Queen's Gambit" by Netflix). I'm looking for new projects now.

In my free time, I used to play theater in Düsseldorf and Berlin and would love to do it again sometime soon.
My biggest passions are film and theater, but I'm interested in all kinds of art.

Interests

I think I can consider myself a movie freak. I used to work in an arthouse cinema in Düsseldorf as a projectionist, it's the best job ever! I also go to Berlinale every year to discover new exciting movies and film directors.
My other passion is theater. I have played theater for about 5 years already and also taught children to play theater in one sсhool. I love working behind the stage as well, I worked as an assistant director, dresser, and stage designer.
I also love meeting new people and listen to the stories, they can be more exciting than any movie or theater play I have ever seen!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach the basics of rhetoric (I'm now teaching a class at one of the universities in Berlin.) I can teach you how to become an extra in a big Hollywood movie. Of course, I can teach Russian or German or making Russian food.
