I am an open minded person who loves to have good conversations and learn more about others' cultures. You can always wake me up for a good cup of coffee and a big staple of pancakes. Therefore, I am always looking for the best coffee and brunch spots!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think the REAL travel experience is to get to really know the culture of a country. And what better way than sleeping on the couch of a local? Haha. I just like to do things different than the average traveler and I think you can collect great stories and experiences by meeting people through this way!

Interests

I've got a wide range of interests. So, if you like sports, coffee, travelling, neuroscience, politics, history, psychology, drawing, art, culture, cooking, food, festivals and stuff like that, then you can have really good talks with me! :-)

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite bands are Coldplay and Ásgeir, but beside that I listen to all kinds of music. You can make me really happy with the music of, for example, ABBA, a-ha or Bee Gees, but I enjoy Green Day, Muse or Bon Jovi just as much. There are too many great music genres to just stick to one single genre.

It also makes that I like to go to festivals. I've been to festivals like Mysteryland, Lowlands, Best Kept Secret and Sziget.

Going to the cinema is something I really love to do! So films are of big interest to me. Some movies that I love are the Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Inception, A Beautiful Mind, Interstellar, Fight Club and so much more.

I love reading, but I don't always have the time for it, unfortunately.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2014 I've cycled the Alpe d'Huez (France) three times in one day and raised money with that for charity.

I like to have good conversations, that is what I can share. Besides, I really love to cook and bake. Whenever you're hungry you can ask me to make something for you! I love to share recipes.
