Overview
About Me
Hey, my name is Elli and I work as a stage manager at a big theatre in Germany. My everyday life is full of rehearsals, live shows and the organized chaos that comes with coordinating actors, musicians, directors, costumes and props. It’s stressful at times, but also super inspiring and creative – I love being in the middle of that buzz.
When I’m not at the theatre, I like to slow down. I enjoy being outdoors, going for walks, bike rides or just sitting somewhere with a coffee and people-watching. I love to discover new cities, but I also need the contrast of quiet nature to recharge.
I’m curious and open-minded. Meeting new people, hearing about different ways of life and exchanging stories is one of the best things about traveling for me. I can be spontaneous, easy-going and usually find humor in almost every situation.
Sports: I’m not a professional athlete, but I really enjoy movement – from yoga and dance to hiking or running. Recently I’ve become a rugby fan (GO Black Ferns!!!).

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to all kinds of music (except German folk music... horrible) and I love visiting music festivals. I used to play the piano for 8 years, and I sing passionately in the shower 🚿🎶
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spending a night camping in a tent high up in the Scottish Highlands - completely surrounded by mountains, silence, and stars.
Teach, Learn, Share
I’ll happily share stories about life in Germany or just exchange travel experiences and cultural impressions.
I’m always up for cooking together, sharing meals, playing games, or just having long conversations over a glass of wine (or tea).
And of course – I would love to teach you some German swear words.
