I've signed up for couchsurfing about two years ago but in the end haven't had the chance to actually use the account - now (Jan 2018) I'm living in Tokyo and will maybe get a chance to revive the couchsurfing experience!

I love travelling in the sense of seeing and experiencing other countries. What I prefer most is staying somewhere for a few months, developing a routine and learning the language and culture of the place. So when I travel in my holidays for only a few days or weeks, I also enjoy getting to know locals or people who've been living and gettimg to know a place already. I enjoy their stories, their recommendations, their experiences. It's a beautiful way of getting around!

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Lately I haven't actually found much time to watch movies, but I read (nearly) every night - a ritual i've been practising since my early school days. The last books i read and that really fascinated me were the three parts of the century trilogy of Ken Follett. One of my favourite german authors is Frank Schätzing, I love the writing of Max Frisch and really enjoyed the stories of Jorge Bucay. The list could go on...
