Currently I´m living and working in Brussels. Previously I´v lived in Paris and New York where I was working as an au pair. In 2013, I lived in South- Africa while studying there and that was just the best experience of my life. I´m not too big fan of snow and cold weather, so that is why I think leaving Finland behind was not a bad idea :D

As a person I´m very open minded, I get along well with all kind of people from all kind of backgrounds. I think there is no greater joy in life than learning something new everyday. I don´t see a reason why one should settle for dreaming when you can actually do something awesome in your life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling and meeting new people and CSjust sums the two nicely together. I had my couple first CS experiences via my friend´s bookings and those were such great experiences that I wanted to create my own account as well. I have also hosted my French CS friend while he was visiting Finland, but otherwise I live in the middle of no where in Finland so not a really a hosting spot.

While I was living in Lyon and Paris, I also attended to couple CS events and had a cup of coffee few times with passing travelers :)

Interests

New cultures and new friends. On my freetime I like to hangout with my friends, have a cup of coffee and chat, read a good novel or just do nothing at all :) While at home I like to go to gym, but of course while abroad I´m open to try out all kind of new sports and activities :p

Music, Movies, and Books

I loooove Law books, hehe just kidding :p All kind of nonsence and romantic novels really works for me, nice little break for my brain. When it comes to music; I noticed in South-Africa that I really like jazz music. Naturally of course normal pop, r&b etc. are part of my daily music consumption as well depending on my mood I guess.

Little parts of my own culture of course, I guess not that many knows a lot about Finland. I can't really say that I´m a master chef, but for so far no one have died or got a food poisoning so I guess I´m not that bad :D
