ABOUT ME

Well, my name is Lucie and I live in a beautiful part of the Czech Republic. Even though I love it there, I'm so restless that I never stay there for a long time and I love exploring other regions and countries.
Despite that I don't really believe horoscopes I have to admit that I am a typical Libra - moody and hesitant, kind of melancholic with my head up in the clouds. I don't like force and arguments and I love freedom and quiet places.
You still wanna know more??? OK, I wear different earrings every day. I love sweets. If I should be an animal I wish to be a seagull. My favourite colour is green. I'm a night owl rather than an early bird. I love the smell of the spring, the taste of summer fruit, the colors of the fall and the sound of freshly fallen snow under my feet. Did I forget something? Just ask me!

I surfed only few times in Austria and US and I hope there are much more ahead. Now I am ready to host.

Intereses

TRAVELLING - I love travelling and I like the saying "You are as old as many countries you have visited". I'm trying this to be true. I like exploring nature, cities and towns and culture of different countries. If it were possible, I would like to visit every single country in the world.

READING - I love reading books both for the escapes from the real world and for the beauty of a word. Yes, I'm a bookworm and I'm proud I made my big dream true - to have a library room in my house. Everywhere I go, I always have a book with me - just for case ;-)

HIKING - Hiking in the nature is one of the best ways how to relax for me.

GEOCACHING - It gives the hiking even more sense. I like this way of getting to know new places and looking for the hidden "treasures" and especially the great feeling when you find one.

MAKING JEWELRY - I like being creative and wearing original handmade jewelry. That's why I bought beads and wires and tried to make it myself. And you know what? It works!

JIG-SAW PUZZLES - Another way of relaxation, this one is for rainy days and winter evenings. So far the largest one I made have 6000 pieces. My dream is to buy and make one over 15000 pieces :-)

BOARD GAMES - There are so many and they are so great! There are not much more things that would be better than meeting some friends and spend the weekend evening by playing games like Carcassonne, Settlers or any others.

LANGUAGES - Yes, I love learning foreign languages. The only problem is I am not that patient for that so it's hard to make my knowledge perfect or at least good enough.

TAKING PICTURES - This interest goes hand in hand with travelling, I guess. I love keeping my memories alive by camera.

COLLECTING - Last but not least. I collect many things and I am always happy for a new piece for any of my collection. Do you want an example? Here you go! Touristic postcards (wanna have at least one from every country!), souvenir pens, coins of different currencies, dictionaries, sugar packets, nice earrings and so on... :-D
