Overview
About Me
Made in France, reborn in Australia, where I've spent the past 17 years of my life, mainly around Byron Bay but also in Canberra and Sydney.
I work in marine sciences, which has taken me to beautiful places, including the great barrier reef, golf of Mexico, Philippines and Antarctica. I've recently moved to Barcelona for a 3 year position at the Institute of Marine Science (CSIC).
I am fluent in French, English and I've got an advanced level of Spanish (still working on it). Next step Catalán! 💪😅
I love nature, camping and outdoor activities. I used to surf a lot in Australia but I'm now trying to find new activities in Barna (maybe wind-surf? Paddle? Dancing?)
I love music. I play a bit of guitar and piano, although it feels like I'm an eternal beginner.
Jack of all trades, master of none!! Un poco de todo, mucho de nada!! 😜
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm mainly on Couchsurfing to meet new people. I'm always keen to share travel stories and to learn from others' experiences. I'm new to Barcelona and I think that Couchsurfing would be a great place to meet people from all around.

Music, Movies, and Books
A book I really liked: la sombra del viento (although I only read it in French ages ago...I need to read it in Spanish now)
If I were to pick a movie, I'd go for Forrest Gump because it has a bit of everything...or Big Fish!! Wow, so hard to choose!
Music: big fan of reggae and other chilled music (Jack Johnson, Xavier Rudd, etc...)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Recently, the Northern Lights in Iceland.
My top three: swimming with a Tiger shark in Fiji, cage diving with Great White sharks (in Port Lincoln, Australia, and sky diving
