I live in the South of France, in Toulouse and I'm a teacher. I love travelling and meeting people, discovering cultures and landscapes. I love music, books, movies, stories, art, architecture. And healthy food. And wine. Cities and nature as well. Walking. Dancing. Hiking. Driving. Oceans. Mountains. I have practiced Qi Gong for a few years. I started dancing salsa last year and I love it, even if I still am a beginner. Lots of things make me happy. I'd like to be a decent human being. I try to find peace. It's hard work but it's the first thing I can do to make the world better so I think it's worth the pain.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the idea of it. Meeting. Discovering. Learning. Doing things for free.
I have been to places before I had kids, then with my kids. Now that my sons have left my home, I don’t want to stop living, nor to become a grumpy old woman. I want to to keep widening my horizon, to discover places, the people who inhabit them, their ways of living and of thinking. There’s always so much to learn !
I had to stop hosting for a while because I was renovating my old apartment and I am in the process of moving apartments right now but I will be able to host again soon. To me, hosting is as enriching as been hosted. It is a journey.
