**Potential Hosts: Please note that I was verified for a couple years (see last rec :)), but didn't renew this year due to my infrequency of use. I'm taking a last minute trip to Laguna Beach TODAY, Oct. 7th with a friend, and kiiinda (reeeally) need emergency lodging (friend I expected to be in town shorter their stay, so I'm on my own, and can't Beach bum) somewhat near the water from Monday to Thursday, checking in on the evening, leaving in the morning (or evening, depending, but I can be flexible). I'm excited, but nervous concerning my accommodations, as this is a last minute "breather" trip for me. Planning to let the world speak to me so I can 'play about it'. I can offer a cooked meal and a free performance (or 10). Thanks so much for your consideration.

I moved back to California in August 2017, and GOD I missed the West! 😂 I'm a person who cherishes good friends and experiences, and low-humidity weather. I like to unplug and just 'be' sometimes. I'm a newbie to the 'starving musician' category, having worked in customer service and hospitality from 16 (I'm now 21--not 22, can provide License). Hoping to change that soon, but for now... Mama's eating ramen! (kidding, because that's far to much sodium, but you get me) I sing, play acoustic ukulele and guitar, and just started a jazzy rock band that's making some killer tunes (I'll let you take a peek ;)).

As far as books are concerned, I enjoy witty, humorous literature that's centered around facts that many of us have yet to grasp, science fiction, and dystopian. I was never one for reading biographical material.
