Overview
About Me
I grew up in a small town in Vermont and went to college in New Hampshire. I majored in biology and minored in anthropology, and I was also on the cross-country ski team. During college I made a solo trip to Uganda to volunteer with an NGO for a couple months, and I worked at an ecology research institute in Germany for a summer. Last year I did research in Germany, and this year I'm working in NYC. I really like nature and being outside, trying new foods and flavors of gelato, and seeing new places!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm excited to meet someone new and see their city from their perspective. I've had a lot of traveling experiences where I stayed in a hotel and hostel, and some where I stayed with a local (a friend or through AirBnB) and it's always much more fun and interesting to see the city a little more through their eyes.
