Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I don't have as much experience as I would like. I had a great experience surfing one time a few years ago in Chile, but I unfortunately haven't used it as much the past couple of years. I'm hoping to get back into it, but my school schedule is going to be very hectic in the near future so I don't think I'll be able to do much surfing or hosting soon.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed once in Chile a few years ago, and it was a wonderful experience. I feel like meeting the locals is one of the best parts of traveling and CS definitely allows you to do that.

Interests

I love being in the outdoors-whether through biking, hiking or any other way. I really enjoy cooking and baking and feel like food brings people together (ie I really like to eat). My idea of a good time would be a book club potluck event where we eat and talk about books. I like all sorts of other things too: dancing (swing, folk, etc), traveling, reading, soccer, tennis, etc. Sometimes I can be a homebody, and other times, I'm ready to go out and do anything.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: Barbara Kingsolver, Harry Potter, Let the Great World Spin, so many others that I can't think of right now.
Movies: To be honest, I really don't watch that many movies.
