I am 26 years old, and I've always dreamed of traveling around the world, learning languages, experiencing different cultures, eating different foods, and finding different service opportunities. So for the last few years I've been working on making my jobs completely virtual, then I sold everything that doesn't fit in my backpack and hopped a flight to Paris. Now I'm bumming around the world trying to experience the real culture of wherever I go. I'm not as into site seeing as I am into doing what the locals do, and experiencing as much of the real world as possible.

I'm couchsurfing because it's the best way to really get into the culture of where ever I am. I love to meet new people, and I'm traveling alone, so it's also a great way to make new friends!

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music: Indie rock, Irish folk, Post Rock, Jazz, grunge rock, classic country, bluegrass, latin rap, classical.... a lot of stuff.

Movies: Oh boy... Well there are too many to list. But I pretty much like anything that is unique and/or has a really good story arch, especially inspiring true stories, or ones that have me laughing and crying. Or where the art is really amazing.

Books: Historical non-fiction, Harry Potter, books about psychology and/or sociology. Anything by Paulo Coelho. Gothic classics. Anything by Dickens and Shakespeare.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Oh man, well this whole adventure is pretty cool. One thing that totally awakened a part of my soul that I haven't been able to quiet, was skydiving. Oh man, skydiving was the coolest thing ever!

I really don't like just bumming off someone's generosity. If there's anything I can do for you like clean your bathroom or make you dinner, (probably one or the other... you might not want me making you dinner after I clean your bathroom! ha ha) please let me know!
