Hi there! I am a dancer, actor, martial artist, and certified health coach transitioning from the busy city life to a nomadic van life. I am currently living with my theater company in Brooklyn, NY until June 1st, after which I will be traveling the city in search of a van to convert into my home on wheels! I'm also building a health coaching business! Anyone who is interested in talking about alternative health and holistic healing is going to be right up my ally. I just got back from living in Costa Rica for 3 months, and plan on driving back down there in 2018! Pura Vida baby!

I did my very first sweat lodge in Costa Rica a few months ago. It shook me to my core. One of the most intense and humbling experiences of my life.

I want to learn Spanish really bad! I was a horrible Gringa in Costa Rica... When I go back I'd like to know so much more than when I first went down there.
