Hi there,
I'm Lili, living in - my beloved city of - Paris with Naada, another sweet human being.
My head is a land sown with very (like : veerryy) various random interests (presently focused on learning human anatomy and neurology), languages, creative words and actions, a long life story and a bunch of ideals ; my place is a cosy dovetailing of fragrant spices and teas, filled with music, movies, books, nerd stuff, art tools, good food from all around the world and board games.
I studied law at university, but I actually studied more things out of it ; I'm a learner.
Also a clown, a thinker and a maker, a teacher, a writer, a cooker, a carpenter, a singer, a poker player, a photographer, a geek, a basketball player..
And a girl in a wheelchair.
Naada is my partner and he's more discrete than me. He works in cybersecurity and is a lovely nerd ahah..
He's very kind, helpful and soft. He likes nature, football, Harry Potter, technology, sciences and pop culture.
We're building a van to travel long and freely together and we both have a special interest in asian food :)
One of my jobs is to be a text proofreader (PHD thesis, articles, etc.) and sometimes a ghost writer and I really like it.
Usually, I take nice pictures of my travels.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Hotels are what I call "cold places" where we can rest, but that make us stay in a kinda bubble. .. so maybe I could share a bit of my bubble with you, and you a bit of yours with me ; maybe we could go out of our bubbles.
I traveled a lot, and I'm used to hostels and couchsurfing experiences :)
I used to travel a lot alone, but I now travel with my partner, Naada. However, my attitude to people I meet doesn't change much. I'm open, and we won't stay in our bubble or shutting communication down because we're together at all.
Let's be more like this : open to people who are potentially very different from us, giving a hand, being there, experiencing and sharing - with no matter of money but with enthusiasm, openness, gratitude and respect.
Interests
I love moving and talking but also being calm by myself.
I like my home, just as I'm looking for the unknown.
Just need all of them.
Naada and me recently decided to built a van together, so we'd had both "home" and "travel" sides with us when we move, and we're very excited about that project !
I like art - and it doesn't belong to museums.
I like knowledges and experiences.
I like animals (specially cats and cows - I'm weird but not ashamed aha)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Younger, I won several national poetry awards.
I still write, sometimes.
Teach, Learn, Share
A certain vision of life, respect, ideas and ideals, open-minded discussions, random very different things, home made food and drinks, music vibes, long talks, and overall nice moments together.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I got not preconceived idea on how it should happen, when I host someone or when someone hosts me.
If we can and we feel like spending much time together, then it can be that way, but if we can't or don't feel like it, it's fine too - as long as we find a way to share something together at some point. I just don't wanna feel like I've been just a free AirBnB to someone I host. It happened and don't feel comfortable with that.
I'm here to meet you and share a piece of time with you, not to just give a free accommodation to random uninterested people.
I'm an adaptative - and caring - human being : we'll find our way, no pressure :)
I'll tell you if I'm not comfortable about anything, which you can consider as a good thing, because it'll make everybody feel better :)
Please, also respect my flat and stuff, avoid being messy/noisy/late on schedulded arrivals, etc. because it impacts me and that's not cool at all.
As a guest, I'm very neat, organized, sharing and respectful :)
