Hi, I'm Elīza.

I'm 18 years old and I'm form Latvia!

Traveling is my passion, tho I haven't really traveled much yet. My first flight was two years ago when I went to Italy in youth exchnge for a week. In that journey I understood that this will be my thing!

I'd like to call myself a freelancer! I like to try new things. Don't want to spend my life in just one certain way, I do believe that's truly boring.

I have worked as a volunteer in as many places/ jobs as I could. In exhibitions and events, as an ordinary voluteer (staff) and as summer camp teacher. And it has brought so many positive vibes in my life!
But that's not all. I have some experience with some floristry, I have worked as a witress (a bit of barista too), in a kids shop and more and more.

But my two favourite things to do is : cooking and making hand crafts, to photograph and just to be (a freelancer)!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to make my trips amazing, I want to actually meet the locals and get to know each other and of course the culture and places. I want to get as much as I can from the city, country I'm in.

Interests

Now I'm really interested in travelling. But I like to explore new things in general, I like to write and photograph, cooking and many other creative things.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite music .. mhm, hard to tell. Almost all kinds of it, but mostly rock(all kinds), indie, psychedelic, etc.
Movies would be - Fight Club, Mr. Nobody, Prime Code, A walk to Remember, Into the Wild and more.
I'm more of a movie type. It's not that I don't read, but I prefer to generate my imagination by visual point of view.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2015 I went to Sardinia, Italy (Sardegna) by YE. Participating in project "art for social inclusion". It was only for a week, but it left huge positive influence.

I can share my cooking skills, some stories and
existential thoughts! (Last one comes out of me naturally, can't control it!)
