ABOUT ME:
I love sharing, laughing, and connecting. I love exploring different forms of flow through dancing, skiing, climbing, slacklining, and connecting with others.

I'm a licensed therapist and have my own private practice working with people to create a safe space to heal trauma. I love neuropsychology, philosophy, theology, and psychology. Anything that helps me grow and learn.

I've been dancing since I was 4 years old and love to try new styles! I'm a Blues and West Coast swing instructor but have danced various Latin styles for years.

I love climbing, hiking, backpacking, traveling, and anything adventure.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I dreamed of a life of adventure for years but never knew how to start. Then, one split second decision, to cancel all of my plans and to go on a spur of the moment trip, changed all of that. My best friend invited me to drive 5 hours out to Kentucky and do a sport I've never done before. I said "yes," owning no gear of my own and almost no experience. But nonetheless, an hour later I was in the car on my way to fall in love with climbing and adventure lifestyle.

Since then, I've taken many trips back to the Red River Gorge and have learned to say "yes" to even the scariest of things. You never know where they will lead.
