I have recently returned home to the UK from travelling in Australia, and have future plans to see other countries in a year or so.
I love music and nature. Not a particularly sporty person but I enjoy watching rugby.
I am here to have fun and meet new people. It's awesome meeting so many different nationalities and learning about different cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have previously needed and used the help of a couchsurfing host. I have found that hosts are generally very understanding and just want to help and make new friends!
I want to be more a part of this and hopefully, eventually, be able to host too.

Interests

Music. Movies. Nature (mainly birds of prey). I like walking and meeting up with friends. I like to eat food and can cook for myself but don't particularly enjoy it! I like to try new things.

Music, Movies, and Books

Favourite music genre to listen to is mainly rock. Currently my favourite band is a uk group called Royal Blood.
I have a lot of favourite books, all of which are sitting on a bookshelf at home in England. Currently I'm reading a book called Knights: The Heart of Shadows. There are 4 books in total.
I'm pretty easy-going when it comes to watching films, I'll watch almost anything. Have a particular love for children's films though, like Disney films.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once travelled to Kenya to help street children in a remote area. Make sure they had a safe place to go and were able to go to school etc.

I guess this section means that when you meet new people you're willing to learn about different cultures and share stories? That's how I'm reading it. So yes.
