*Update August 2016*

I am back from my summer travels and can host. I host once a month and only Friday and Saturdays. Since I do travel once a month, just ask and I can let you know if I am in town that weekend. Hosting is important to me. If you are looking for just a place to stay, I am not for you. I really enjoy meeting new people and experiencing Las Vegas with them (you). I have hosted this month and will in September and October so I'm taking people for November and after with one exception. Life is Beautiful is in September so I will give preference to those that would like to attend that with me.

I really just love life. There is so much to offer in this world...meeting others, new experiences, enjoying nature, dancing to music, and relaxing (of course). I have had the privilege of traveling for the last few years of my life and this passion brings me such joy. In the process I have been able to see beauty (really loved walking through the Red Woods), attempted new feats (jumping off the shore and swimming into the Blue Grotto, dancing unhindered outdoors to live shows (cherish all of them), and meeting wonderful people (some that have become life-long friends that I now travel with).

Also, I am a teacher (Science) and traveler on breaks.

Extremely important (this section is due to past experiences):
#1. I am not part of this community to hook up with you. Please do not attempt that with me. I will report that behavior.
#2. Do not steal from me. The fact that I now do not keep money in my purse while I have guests is annoying.
#3. I am here to meet you and spend time with you. I am not a hotel. If you want the hotel experience then please stay at one. There are a ton of cheap ones and many gorgeous expensive ones.

This is a chance to meet someone new (or several) while exploring a new place. I look forward to meeting you whether that is for an hour or two (meet up) or a few days (host). And, I enjoy most activities, but given the choice I would go with the outdoors, physically-demanding tasks, live music, delicious drinks/food, and intellectual conversations. Oh, and, I love water. Please introduce me to something new.

兴趣

Most days I teach, then hit the gym or hoop, followed by a relaxing bath. So when the weekends or breaks occur, I am off on an adventure. I really enjoy going home to Michigan to be in the clean fresh water. Mainly, I am focusing my travels on the US right now and will branch out in another 3-5 years (when I move up on the payscale)

While I realize that this is where people put down their amazing traveling adventures, I feel that I do an amazing job educating others. It is stressful, but it brings me so much joy to help others.

Allergic to cats and some dogs 😭, but usually can handle it for 2-3 days. Anything longer and I become a red-eyed sneezy mess.

Also, I am a social introvert. So that means that I enjoy the company of others (you would probably never guess I am an introvert) and usually require a few hours alone after to recharge.
