Dear my future friends,

I love art, literature, history, and many things in life. I particlarlly love learning about other people, whoever you are, I am always curious. Because from you, I know I can learn more than from a mere book--even though I love reading.
I am a bit quiet sometimes, but certainly very kind to others. I love sending postcards to friends, and have done this every year during Christmas, to those that I keep good friendship with--from Taiwan, China, United States, Italy, U.K., Poland, Romania, Czech Republic...and you might be the next.

In real life, I am a Taiwanese student who's studying History of Art and Italian in the U.K. But I am currently in Florence to participate in the Erasmus programme. I have been study-travelling since high school when I was 17, where I was in San Francisco.
I have done proper translation job, so I am certainly a very transcultural listener. Tell me your stories, as I am also a writer (though a lazy writer), so you might be my inspiration.
I am also not bad in cooking, so if you could host me, we could cook together!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to step out more, and explore more deeply into the locals in every courner of the world.

Teach, Learn, Share

I don't have any formal teaching experience, but as I have done a translation job, I think I have the ability to teach English, Chinese, and perhaps how to view art in a museum and gallery as this is what I am studying. For Italian, I am still building on more knowledge about it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook, and I know how to make bubble tea and dumplings if you have the ingredients.
I play a bit of guitar, piano--not perfect though. My voice is not bad, as I have experiences on stage.
I can read you books--in Chinese, English and Italians.
I can take good photos of you--I am not professional, but I have good aesthetic taste, as I drew.
I might be able to draw you a portrait.
I can write a you a short story, while listening to yours.
