Hey I'm Liz! I am from small town near Seattle Washington, USA. I study at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo but I am currently living in Florence for 9 months to study architecture. I found my way to Italy because I love exploring colorful cities, attempting to pick up new languages, learning about history (even if I never remember anything), and experiencing art that gives me goosebumbs: all while picking up lots of fun facts along the way! I find it wild and fascinating to be living in a new place.

My real passion is for the great outdoors! Fresh air makes me feel alive and whole more than anything else in the world. I love any activity that involves nature; backpacking, kayaking, running, climbing, swimming... all of it! I love the thrill of launching into something that scares me (which is a lot of things, so it seems to happen often).

I also love to travel, which is a given, because here I am!

I have a motorcycle license but I only drive a scooter... So not that amazing.
But also I can moonwalk and in 2017 I ran a half marathon!
