An Aries by the sun and a Capricorn by the moon, I am a wandering old soul with a fiercely independent streak. I am an introspective dreamer with a knack for jumping on spontaneous adventures. I love to go wherever my feet can take me, be it a run on winding singletrack or a grueling mountain bike ride. Sipping black coffee, sitting around campfires with friends, experimenting in the kitchen, and challenging yoga practices make me a happy camper.

Being an introverted traveller has its challenges, but I’m fascinated by what I have to learn from people from different parts of the country and the world. Couchsurfing, in my opinion, enriches the traveler’s experience. I like its unconventionality and the opportunity to remember that generally, people are pretty nice.

I am eager to learn about anything I can about a new culture! Be it a few phrases in another language, songs, idioms, anything at all, I want to absorb everything like a sponge.

I am willing to share my time with my hosts. I travel lightly and therefore don't have many material items to give, but anything I can do to help my host is on the table.
