ABOUT ME

Easy-going and laid back, like water, I go with the flow. I've got a wanderer's heart, and love to explore new places, near and far. I'm rarely seen without a book, or five. I am just as content curling up in the sunshine as I am out on the town. I take great pleasure in food, a good meal should feed your stomach, your heart and your mind.

PHILOSOPHY

An eternal optimist, my glass isn't half full, it's always full. My one rule is do no harm, and I strive to embody that in everything I do. I strive to make every encounter meaningful, I have so much to learn, and you have so much to teach me.

A good movie allows me to escape reality for a brief time. Music enhances my reality. Books change me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was a child, I found several monarch caterpillars and kept them. I watched as they spun their chrysalis' and transformed into butterflies. When they first emerged, they were so frail and vulnerable with soggy wings unable to carry them to safety. The moment after a transformation, the untested newness of wings, that is the most amazing thing to see.
