COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had a few couch surfing experiences. I hosted for 3 couchsurfers so far and have couch surfed once in DC. All excellent experiences. I couch surf because it's one of the best ways to meet interesting people and save a ton of money.

兴趣

I'm always searching for breathtaking views, scenic overlooks, interesting cultures. I love spending time with family, having get-togethers and cookouts. I'm never afraid to try new cuisines and experiences other ethnic foods. I love the ocean and seem to be drawn to the warmer climates.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I'll never forget visiting Mamba Village in Mombasa, Kenya. Dining next to a crocodile pit under a thatched roof and then dancing the night away in an underground dance club. This place was literally a night club that was built into a hole in the ground. It had no roof, we danced under the stars. I also thoroughly enjoyed visiting the small village of Ixtapa, Mexico taking the ferry to one of the most beautiful beaches and spending the day sunbathing and snorkeling. By the end of the week, you knew most of the locals and felt like part of the community.
