I love the study of permaculture and most anything related to people and plants. I read by rivers a lot and dig most any outdoor activity. Yoga and adventure are both really important aspects of my life.

PHILOSOPHY

Be your own light. I think that self sufficiency and compassion are the most important skills to cultivate in life. Kindness is key.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I once met two people at a hostel in Georgia who encouraged me to get to know myself and move to Boulder. So I did and stayed on their couch for a week while I got my feet off the ground. It's amazing how the people we come into contact with have the ability to completely alter the course of our lives.

Really into Mark Whitwell books right now. I listen to a lot of African and Kirtan music these days but I'm pretty open to the music spectrum.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went scuba diving in the Blue Hole off the coast of Belize for my 21st birthday:)
