CURRENT MISSION
Have adventures in London
ABOUT ME
Have just relocated to London from Melbourne, and am thoroughly enjoying it so far!
I am very bad at describing myself. I think I'm nice. I'm going to live by the beach when I eventually decide to grow up (might just be living by the beach without the growing up, though). I enjoy a nice red and a great meal. I love music and am always looking for something new to listen to.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am looking to pay it forward a little after meeting so many wonderful people through couchsurfing throughout my travels.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Begun my surfing experience summer 2011. It's been great so far.
My hosting experience is limited to a couple of people (I lived in a cupboard in Paris. Under some stairs. I was Harry Potter for a while. My latent magical abilities have yet to come to the fore though).
Interests
Music, reading, travelling, linguistics, science, cooking and eating (I am, for some reason, almost always hungry) and I find just generally being alive is quite interesting.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love most types of music and find it impossible to name just a few bands though I've seen some great live acts such as Ben Folds, The Strokes, Vampire Weekend, Ben Harper (in fact the entire Splendour line up in 2010 was amazing) plus many Australian acts (seriously... Australian music is great. Big Scary/Washington/Cloud Control/Xavier Rudd are awesome!)
Ah books - I love most. But Harry Potter rates highly, as does anything by Tolstoy, Lord of the RIngs, Great Expectations, One Hundred Years of Solitude and so many more.
My TV shows would have to include British comedies such as Black Books, IT Crowd, The Office, Extras and then a few American ones like Arrested Development and Scrubs. I am unashamedly a True Blood sucker as well.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Most amazing thing I've ever seen would have to be the beauty of the Great Barrier Reef in Queensland. It is incredible.
Teach, Learn, Share
I've learnt from my very limited exchange experiences that being open and friendly is the only way to be. You will never know who you will miss out on if you aren't.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories, wine, food... ! The usual suspects I suppose
