CURRENT MISSION

Studying abroad in Italy for the year and backpacking through Europe over winter break! I think the best way to get to know an area is to get to the know the people and looking forward to meeting locals everywhere I visit.

ABOUT ME

I lived in St.Paul, Minnesota for 11 years before moving to the Caribbean. Living in the Caribbean was one of the best experiences of my life thus far. I learned how to appreciate the small things that I took for granted when I lived in the continental US. I moved to Philadelphia about two years ago but am currently living in Florence, Italy. I study Anthropology, Italian Studies and Sustainable Foods at Smith College. Smith is a small all-women's liberal arts college in western Massachusetts. Living in so many different places has spurred my love for travel and discovering new things and places.

I believe it's tremendously important to give back to your community (and the world) in any way you can. If that means volunteering, donating money or hosting a couchsurfer in need.

兴趣

One of my favorite things is food: eating it, cooking it, taking pictures of it, reading about it, talking about it. In the words of Claude Levi-Strauss: food is not only good to eat, it is good to think. I also love to read, take pictures, go running, cook and dance the night away.
