Hello! My name is Lisa and I like peanut batter and banana sandwiches.
Not really important information, right? Well, here's some: I really like to draw and I want to illustrate books. But I needed some life experience to show how beautiful is this world, so I started travelling. I am looking forward for finishing my bachelor degree this year. Also I am vegan, but, of course, I will not force my standpoint on you.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Once upon a time I bought on a sale a ticket for a cruise from Oslo to Copenhagen (it cost about $0.50). Then I did not even have my international passport and also no visa or insurance or any travel exrperience. And I decided that I will try to do whatever it takes to make this journey the most interesting and amasing. It was my first trip abroad and I tried to see as much as I can see. I met amazing people and had really great time! I am a student and I can't spend a lot for travel, that's why I am on Couchsurfing. But also it is a good opportunity to meet a new friends, to learn something about different cultures, to get some experience in foreign languages.

Music, Movies, and Books

Art is my passion, so I always would like to talk about it. Although my preferences in books, music and movies is not organised, I listen, watch and read a lot of different stuff. I adore russian classical literature, such as Dostoyevskiy, Tolstoy, Bunin, Dovlatov. If someone asks me about my favorite book, I always answer "Three Men in a Boat (To Say Nothing of the Dog)" just because there are too many books to choose (but also I really like Jerome's sense of humour). I enjoy watching Wes Anderson movies. Also I've read "Harry Potter" about seven times and watched "Friends" even more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have taken a trip to Europe on my own and visited five countries in eleven days! It was really budget travel, but I got a lot of experience, because it was my first trip abroad
