So this is a joint Profile for both myself and Matt, (I'm not sure this is how it works!?) and we are 23 and 24 year old British travellers! We currently live in New Zealand, and previously were in Australia! We LOVE travelling, and meeting new people and learning about different cultures. Matt left England in 2012 and travelled around Australia for two years - with a really exciting trip in between where he visited India, Cambodia, Thailand and Laos! We both met in Australia and Ella was there for almost a year when we left and went to New Zealand together in 2014. We have been here since and really enjoy it! We travelled around in a camper van (See our trip video here...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=udiU9Dh0XuU) and we are now off on an adventure for a few months in Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, China, Vietnam and the Philippines!!

This is our first time using this site and still not 100% sure how it works but we thought we would give it ago!
As we mentioned before, we have a big trip coming up where we will travel to Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, China, Vietnam and the Philippines and we would love to stay with people that know the area and can show us hidden treasures in their home country! We would love to meet up with people too, as it is just the two of us travelling, and we love socialising!
When we finish our trip, and if we have a good experience with Couchsurfing, we would love to host people too in New Zealand!

兴趣

Matt loves surfing, most water sports and playing rugby. Ella keeps trying to learn to surf (not working out too well!), enjoys the gym, walking and deep sea diving! We are both very sociable and love meeting new people, and visiting new places off the beaten track! We are always up for trying something new, whether thats a new food, activity or sport!
We also write a detailed blog about our travels which is a great hobby, as it means we can continually enjoy and relive our exciting adventures!

We both like all types of music, mostly upbeat ones we can crack out the dance moves to! Then again we love the chilled types, especially when lying on a beach with not a care in the world - this would be things like Ed Sheran, Alt-J, Jack Johnson etc!
But then theres always time for a bit of gangster rap songs or R&B such as Kanye West!
We are both Movie Lovers, and go to the cinema every single week! Ella loves a good rom/com and Matt loves a good comedy or action! The best film we have seen this month is 'The Kingsman' - its sooo good, definitely recommend it ;)

We both recently did a bungie jump and a sky dive - we would have to say they come high on the list of AMAZING things. Terrifying - but amazing!

We would love to Teach English to children in other countries but this will probably be next year (2017) as we have a very busy year this year!
