I really enjoy music of all varieties, blues, funk, metal, punk, hip hop, r&b, soul, bluegrass.

Always enjoy new movies and films, Some of my favorite directors are Quentin Tarantino, the Cohan brothers, Wes Anderson and David Lynch.

Very big on my Tolkien, as well as George R.R. Martin, Bukowski, Palluhnik. I also am very hugely into Dungeons and Dragons.

Teach, Learn, Share

I absolutely love to teach, learn and share new foods, cooking styles and techniques. And I always love to learn about knew music and share the stuff I enjoy with others.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook for you. =) As well as offer you a place to stay in New Orleans when I get back to the states.
