Living in Madrid for the second year and excited to continue living here and discovering different apsects of the city.

ABOUT ME

I'm from Dublin, spent a year in Paris several years ago and a summer in Portland, OR which I loved so much. I studied English and French and have just completed training to be an English language teacher. In Madrid for the first time and hoping to learn some Spanish while I live here.

PHILOSOPHY

Be open to new things and keep your sights on doing what it is you really want to. Change is good and brings you to where you want to be.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't yet had the chance to participate in couchsurfing but I am planning on changing that now that I live in Madrid!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've used couchsurfing to meet people in new places and it's always been really positive. Whether it's been going for drinks or just having a bit of an explore around the place, it's great to spend time with someone who is more familiar with all the unknown of a new place!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

World Cup final in Barcelona when Spain won, not even a football fan! Driving around the French countryside in July with friends. Lived in Paris for a year. Summer in Portland was the best place I've been, and time that I've spent. I really loved it there so hope to make it back soon!
