Hi, My name is Elle, I'm a 22 year old student from Melbourne, Australia taking the year away from my studies in Occupational Therapy to do some more travelling.
My 6 month trip is taking me from USA to Canada, Mexico and then off to South America! And like most people who are curious and open (like I've found most couchsurfers to be), then travelling is most likely your passion as well!

I really enjoy learning about the way different people live and getting the opportunity to experience a new place with the knowledge that locals have to offer. I'm still new to the couch surfing scene, but what's not to love!

I love make friends, explore and adventure, and tear up the dance floor! I play basketball, attempt to sing and play guitar and I can definitely appreciate a good drink or 7.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I like pretty much all music, my favourite songs change constantly however its generally not the songs on the radio.
I love a good movie, I can appreciate lots of genres but I usually watch RomCom's so I can zone out and binge eat at the end of a long day.
I read when I get time, but usually I'm out doing things or snuggling my cat :P

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Theres so many amazing things that I've been lucky enough to experience - most of these experiences I feel have come from some kind of travel or adventure. Seeing the waves break neon blue in Hanoi, Vietnam. Snowboarding the Swiss slopes at sunset. Riding an icelandic pony through the snow covered forest of Lapland. Volunteering at an orphanage in Cambodia and learning the Khmer culture.

I don't speak any other languages well enough to teach, however I'm an open, fun person and I'd be willing to assist as much as possible. I'd also be more than happy to return the hosting favour if you were to come to Melbourne!
