Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, I just heard about it today! So I'll start-er-off by being a very quiet and tidy couch surfer who won't raid your fridge. The first thing that comes to mind about this project is how it can foster some fantastic conversations... so let's turn of the t.v. or stereo, put away the computer and regale each other with tall tales!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't own a couch right now. But I sure like sleeping on them.

Interests

Speech, trains, piano (Chopin!!! Mendelssohn!!!), rich soil, 24-foot sloops, tying knots, intentional communities, the teva sandals that have not one t-strap but two extra straps, putting the bit in the horse's mouth, replanting beets and cabbages, skinnydipping, sitting on city steps at night, incense, morning yoga, soy yogurt, foreign films, Che, diaper butts, rolled cigarettes, all-nighters, theatre cliques.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My friend has seen a pig eat a chicken, live and raw. Not really the most amazing thing I've done or seen, especially since I neither saw nor did it, but it makes for interesting imagery.
