ABOUT ME

Returned to Bellingham after 13 years of living on Hawaii Island. I was a school teacher there. I'm settled into my little house in B'ham, I enjoy outdoor activities like bicycling, kayaking, hiking and camping. I also love cultural experiences and our furry friends.

Live simply so that others may simply live.

I do couch surfing cause I love meeting and getting to know people. Each time i've done it, both host and surf, it's been awesome. What amazing people I've met.

movies: I love movies, but without a lot of violence and a captivating story.

Cycled around Lake Victoria, Africa
Worked for 2 years (1992-94) in a small African village with the U. S. Peace Corps, returned after 30 years absence to visit in 2023, visited for 6 weeks. They ate my cat, I found out!
