I'm currently living and working in the south of Spain as an English language assistant and just graduated from Uni last December. I majored in Spanish and Latin American Studies, as well as Australian Indigenous Studies. I grew up in Australia, but I lived in California (USA) for a couple of years and now am here in Europe. I love to travel and have been through Central America, Argentina, USA, a few islands in the Pacific and all around Australia and New Zealand. I'm excited to now travel around Europe. I love to read, sing, dance, play guitar and drums, play sports (especially basketball) and talking to my friends and family.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I plan to see as much as of Europe as I can while I'm on this side of the world and I don't make a whole lot of money with my job, so couch surfing would be a great way to help with my desire to see more places and meet new and local people better.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies that can make me laugh, and then sometimes I'm in the mood for something that will make me think or open my eyes to a new perspective.
I love documentaries, but anything with Danny McBride, The Lonely Island trio, Kristen Wigg/Maya Rudolph/Amy Pohler or some Kevin Hart will usually make me laugh. :)
The books I read now are pretty varied- just depends on where I am or what I'm doing when I finish a book and pick a new one.
I can't even begin to talk about the music i like because i'll send up writing a thesis-style essay situation on here; so as a summary- it depends on the feels that day, but I will ALWAYS be in the mood for 90s Hip-hop/RnB. However, I love a range of artists and will give any type of music a go, but I can't stomach hard-core country music or super heavy metal. Moderation in everything ya know? :)
