Overview
About Me
About me? I'm a farm kid at heart but in the year's post-high school I've just enjoyed taking advantage of the opportunities that have presented themselves to me. My friends say I'm a brave I just think I'm hopeful. I want to live my life with intention and compassion. I’m also a bit of a wanderer but have recently moved back home and have really been enjoying catching up with my family. I have what people call a "youthful spirit," I'm a morning person, I like telling jokes, exercising, suduko, exploring, and having new experiences. Lastly, when it comes to Couchsurfing I really want it to be an awesome experience for everyone all around. With that being said I'm open to hanging out and seeing the area if you're looking to show off where you live or I'm content to do my own thing. I'm neat, quiet, considerate, and amicable.
I would love to host people in the future but my current living situation isn't conducive to hosting people I don't know yet.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm Couchsurfing for two main reasons because I want to meet new people and learn about the many cultures that make up the United States. But also because at its core, I feel it's simply based on the principle of generosity and that if you have excess you bless others with what you have because you can.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love country music but I also adore big band music, jazz, pop, classic rock, and oldies. My favorite movies are Pride and Prejudice, The Little Rascals, and anything staring Audrey Hepburn. Lastly, books! I love to read and enjoy almost anything.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing I've done was join Peace Corps. It was 2 years of learning, seeing things that took my breath away, making lifelong friendships, and was challenged in ways I didn't expect and grew a ton.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach somehow how to make homemade flour tortillas, fry jacks, or buckeyes.
I would love to learn how to make your go-to dish or whatever you'd like to teach me.
I would enjoy sharing a meal with you over some great conversation.
