ABOUT ME

Love all kinds of sports ( hiking, riding and camping and playing volleyball), enjoy traveling and learning new languages, like painting and reading--this is me, an open-minded and easygoing Chinese student doing my master in University of Amsterdam. For me, traveling is as important as my studies because I can not only learn how to make new and cool friends but also gain more in-depth understandings of the city culture.

Books: Lolita, Red and Black etc. I have a wide range of interests, from exile/migration literature, art and cultural critique, to sociology and philosophy. I love novels and essays while sometimes would prefer more academic articles.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For the first time in my life, I went camping to a foreign city with my new friend. We were both unfamiliar with the place we went to but we enjoyed taking the challenge and exploring the unknown area. It turned out to be an wonderful trip and unforgettable experience for me!
