Hello
My name is Ell I'm 22 years old and live in Ottawa Canada.
I'm not so good at writing about myself since there is so many things I can talk about but I will try :)

I am currently working in the restaurant/kitchen industry as a cook. Cooking is my number one passion. I love making new recipes and cooking different kinds of food and just learning about food and where it comes from.

I am also an artist. I have been drawing and painting since I was a little kid. It's one of my favorite hobbies to escape to. I love painting with others or just sketch in my book if I have some free time. I have just recently started to learn digital Photoshop painting and I love it. Can't wait to do more with that.

Another thing about me I am also a circus fire preformer . I play with fire poi.
I have traveled around festivals and cities playing with fire. I only get to do this in the summer. And every summer I am so excited to start preforming or busking again. I have preformed with friends and by self over hundreds of times.

My number one thing that I enjoy is meeting new people from all around the world. They have so much to say and I have so much to learn from every single person I meet. I like to believe that I am a social butterfly . Put me in any crowd and I will find it easy to get to know people and interact.

This summer my plan is to travel across Canada and make it to Vancouver BC.
I am making this account in hopes that it would help connect me with people from different cities .

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am traveling across Canada this summer and hoping to settle in Vancouver BC . I am leaving from Ottawa Ontario and making many stops along the way. I am couch surfing in hope to meet new people and make new connections all over the country.
A few of my really close friends have been couch surfing for years and they always share their experiences with me . I was always fascinated by the idea of couch surfing and I am now ready to experience it on my own.

I have seen and done so many amazing things. But the most amazing thing I have seen and done is the love and compassion that stranger offer to each other.

I have been playing and preforming with fire poi for over 4 years now. I am always open to meet people who play with poi and always open to teach people about poi and how to preform with fire.
I am also an artist and I love learning new painting skills and teaching people how to paint and draw.

I am very good at cooking and cleaning . All my friends tell me I make amazing dinners.
I am really good at organization and cleaning
I can talk and conversate about many many topics and have an open mind to debate about spirituality , religion and life in general.
If the opportunity comes I am also good at gardening and "farm work" . I grew up on a farm so I still remember how to do a few things.
I am very adventurous and willing to go on adventures around the city
I am really good and making new friends and willing to expand my social circle.
I am also new to this community and when I settle in Vancouver I would be able to host my self.
