Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Travelling includes more than just visiting different cities and eating the local food. I don't want to be "just a tourist", I want to get into contact with the locals and exchange experiences and stories. I deeply believe that getting to know different people and cultures leads to a world, which is more peaceful.

In the last years I met some really wonderful people around the world while couchsurfing. I think if you start once, you can't stop!

Interessen

I like to simply hang out with friends, make some music or to spend time in nature.

I'm very interested in politics and love to discuss about life and ethics. In political context I mainly pay attention to enironmental protection and asylum policy. I also love psychology, especially social psychology.

Besides I'm fascinated by and interested in different cultures and regions, especially in the Middle East region. I learn Arabic and Sorani Kurdish.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I love for example life histories or the books of Max Frisch.

I try to teach myself the guitar since maybe one year and I played Viola for a long time. Besides making music I love to listen to music. I prefer non electronic music as for example German Hip Hop (Moop Mama, Fettes Brot, Samy Deluxe, Liquid,...) or Alternative (Bon Iver, Ian Fisher, alt-J, Keaton Henson,...)

I would love to learn a few words in your mother tongue and can offer to teach a bit of German.
